2. Data, purposes and legal bases

Please do not include personal data of children or other persons, or any special-category data, in your message. We do not use your data for marketing or newsletters, we do not sell it, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Retention
The submitted form, including your IP address and other technical data, is deleted automatically one year after receipt. Once we have handled your enquiry, your contact details and message are kept in our internal task and prospect records: if no business relationship results, for up to 2 years after our last contact; if it leads to an offer or deal, with the business records for up to 5 years after the relationship ends (accounting records: 8 years under Hungarian law). On objection or erasure request we delete the data without delay unless the law requires us to keep it.
4. Recipients and processors
Only authorised WoodFlow staff can access your data, in our internal system protected by individual accounts and passkey-based two-step login. Processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and forwarding the form), Cloudflare, Inc. (internal system and database, data centre in Frankfurt, EU) and our e-mail provider. Some are US companies; transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, under data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
woodflow.hu uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tracking. The host may keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for operation and security. The site loads no content from third-party services such as font providers. When you open the site we ask whether you are looking for wooden toys or industrial piping – at most twice within 24 hours. To do this, the times of your answers are stored only in your browser’s local storage and disregarded after 24 hours. It is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability (where processing is based on pre-contractual steps), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@woodflow.hu; we reply within one month (extendable by two months for complex or numerous requests, with notice). Requests are free of charge.
7. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence, or go to court. We kindly ask you to contact us first.
8. Security and changes
We protect your data with individual accounts, mandatory passkey login, role-based permissions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular backups. We update this notice when our processing changes; the current version is always available on this page.
